Andrew Lamme, M.Div. Church Planting Pastor Church Planting Pastor — so exactly what does that mean? Andrew gets that question often. The short answer is that he oversees the assessment and internship of individuals who are in the early stages of starting out a church in The Sanctuary’s Church Planting stream. The reality is that he gets to hang out with people and hear their hearts and tries to encourage them. While helping out in a number of different areas of the church, he is kept busy with his family.
